Unit 3: Political Parties, Interest Groups, & Mass Media

Description: Students should become familiar with the workings of the electoral process. They should understand the variety of ways people organize to make their opinions known. Special attention will be given to the impact of money, the media and special interest groups on campaigns. Elections laws and systems at each level of government will be studied.
